Harleigh is from Coalville Utah where she attended North Summit High School. She is the youngest of 7 children with 3 older sisters and 3 older brothers. During high school she was on the drill team for 1 year and the cheer team for 3. She was also a member of the FBLA and the track team. She is currently training to run a 5k and 10k at Disney World. She plans to attend Weber State where she will major in Radiology.

Grace Rowser
Pageant Director
Bio
Grace Rowser serves as the Miss Coalville Stampede Pageant Director, bringing energy, creativity, and a lifelong passion for working with others to the program.
She grew up with a deep love of dance, beginning at a young age when her grandmother, LeeAnn, introduced her to ballet. Grace continued developing her talent through competitive dance in middle school and later spent three years on her high school drill team, where she refined her skills in performance, discipline, and teamwork.
Beyond the stage, Grace is a licensed cosmetologist and a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), dedicating her time to helping others feel confident, cared for, and supported. Her professional path reflects her natural ability to connect with people and her desire to make a positive impact.
Grace’s passion for fun, family, and community shines through in everything she does. As Pageant Director, she is committed to creating a positive, empowering experience for participants while helping them build confidence, develop skills, and create lasting memories.

The Miss Coalville Scholarship Pageant recognizes and honors local women who participate. Summit, Morgan and Wasatch County residents ages 18 to 26 for Miss Coalville are eligible to enter the contest and win scholarships and prizes.

In turn, we are providing girls outside of our organization with role models who will inspire them to work towards their highest aspirations.
Eligibility Requirements
Contestants must:
-
Be between the ages of 18–26 as of the date of the pageant
-
Be a citizen of the United States
-
Be a resident of Summit, Morgan, or Wasatch County, Utah for at least six (6) months prior to the competition
-
Continue residency within Summit, Morgan, or Wasatch County throughout the reign if selected
-
Have never been married
-
Have never been pregnant
-
Have no criminal misdemeanor or felony convictions (excluding minor traffic offenses)
-
Meet all requirements outlined by the Miss Coalville Stampede Pageant and Coalville Stampede Board
Proof of Residency Requirements
Contestants must provide one of the following:
-
Valid Utah Driver’s License with qualifying county address
-
Verified proof of attendance at a public school within Summit, Morgan, or Wasatch County
-
Proof of six (6) months of continuous full-time employment within qualifying counties
-
Utility bill, bank statement, or other approved proof of residency
Contestant Conduct Requirements
Contestants are expected to:
-
Maintain high moral and ethical standards at all times
-
Conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner
-
Avoid behavior that could reflect negatively on themselves or the Coalville Stampede
-
Communicate truthfully and respectfully
-
Maintain confidentiality regarding privileged pageant information
-
Cooperate with pageant staff, contestants, and court members
-
Follow all rules and regulations established by the Pageant Staff and Coalville Stampede Board
-
Direct official concerns or communication through the Pageant Director or Assistant Director
Participation Requirements
Contestants must:
-
Attend all required rehearsals and pageant activities
-
Submit and confirm talent presentation by the Monday prior to pageant week
-
Fully perform talent during dress rehearsal
-
Wear designated attire at official events, including crown and sash if selected
-
Participate in mandatory appearances, parades, and promotional events if selected
-
Complete a service project during reign if crowned
Scholarship & Title Requirements
Contestants acknowledge that:

Scholarship funds are distributed only after responsibilities are completed satisfactorily
-
Scholarship requests must be submitted in writing with proof of school attendance
-
Failure to fulfill responsibilities may result in forfeiture of scholarship funds, prizes, or title
-
If the titleholder cannot fulfill duties, the First Attendant may assume the title
Additional Policies

Family and friends are not permitted backstage or in rehearsal areas during official practices and pageant events

Contestant selection may be limited to the top applicants if applications exceed available contestant spots

Telecommunications - Can she promote her S.E.R.V.E. initiative online? Can she demonstrate how she will promote the organization on social media?

The private interview provides the official panel of Judges the chance to get to know the contestant on a personal level. The contestant will be able to share her personality, achievements, aspirations, and the opportunity to share her passion for her S.E.R.V.E. platform. The judges will take into consideration the contestant's communication skills, ability to command the room, and the potential to fulfill the job responsibilities of the title holder. Scoring will not be based on a contestant's opinion on a subject discussed, but rather her ability to share her opinion and understanding of the issue.
The private interview will be conducted in a pane-style format.
12 minutes in duration – the last 90 seconds of the 12 minutes will be designated to a closing statement
We will follow the Miss Volunteer America Organizations approach regarding the formulation of the questions presented in the interview, using the "Titleholder Competency Skills: to determine the contestant's competency to perform the duties of the job as Miss Coalville Stampede. Extensive research was conducted by the national team to determine, based on recruiting practices at colleges/universities and companies across the US, the patterns in required job skills that top candidates possess. Thus, the MVA Titleholder Competency Skills were created.The talent competition provides the official panel of judges the opportunity to experience the contestant's talent in the style and format of her choosing. The talent competition includes, but is not limited to, the performing arts and can include demonstrations of the following activities.

Every talent performance has the option of a recorded musical accompaniment and must be 90 seconds or less. No other person may be on stage during a contestant's talent performance. The official panel of judges will take into consideration the quality of the performance, the contestant's stage presence, ability to entertain a variety of audiences and should showcase their personality.

The fitness and wellness competition is designed to demonstrate the contestant's healthy lifestyle. The official panel of judges will take into consideration the contestant's confidence on stage, display of charisma and dedication to mind-body balance. The focus of the competition is not on a contestant's size or shape, but rather the ability of a contestant to challenge herself to achieve higher levels of health, energy and purpose to integrate all aspects of body, mind and spirit.
The evening gown competition is designed to feature the young woman wearing the dress, rather than the dress itself. The official panel of judges will take into consideration the contestants composure, poise and stage presence during this phase of the competition. The focus will be on the appropriateness of the gown and, most importantly, on the contestant's personality and confidence.
The final question will not be scored but will be observed by the official panel of judges before completing their final ballot. A contestant will never have the same final question as another contestant. All final questions will have consistent levels of difficulty and complexity. Each contestant will have 30 seconds or less to answer their final question.
The winning ladies will represent Coalville Stampede and their home communities by attending various activities throughout the area and the state in an effort to promote the Coalville Stampede. Some of these activities include the Oakley and Henefer Fourth of July Parades and the Kamas Fiesta Days Parade along with other events that will be determined by the Coalville Stampede Committee.Mandatory Events the royalty will attend:
