Vendor Information
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the Coalville Stampede Events. We’re proud to bring together a variety of food, retail, and specialty vendors to enhance the overall event experience.
RequirementS & GuidelineS
By submitting the vendor application, all vendors agree to the following:
All vendors are required to pay a 5% commission on gross sales to the event promoter.
Vendors must obtain all required temporary permits and licenses, including but not limited to:

Coalville City Temporary Business License

Summit County Health Department permits (if applicable)

North Summit Fire District inspection/permit (if applicable)

Vendors must comply with all local, county, and state regulations.

Vendors must be fully set up and ready to operate by designated event start times

Vendors must remain open during all event hours

Vendors are required to participate both days

Vendors must be ready to open by 5:30 PM each day

Vendors are responsible for providing all necessary equipment, including tents, generators, and extension cords.
Electricity is not guaranteed.
All booths, tents, and equipment must be properly secured and operated safely at all times.
The event does not provide overnight security. Vendors are responsible for securing all items and equipment after hours.

All commercial vendors are required to provide their own 10' x 10' canopy and must secure it with a minimum of 50 lbs of weight on each of the four corners.
